Don’t worry if your newly placed order doesn't have tracking updates yet. It can take up to 12 hours to make its way into the courier system.
Most of the time once order is shipped it's handed over to partner delivery company such as FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL. You just need to sign in to your Walmart account and find tracking number for your order which you can use to track package using our universal shipment tracker website or apps.

Walmart Order Tracking
You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Walmart.com. Walmart sends an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
To track order on Walmart.com:
- Go to Walmart.com
- Select the avatar icon in the upper-right corner

Select Track Orders
- If you're not logged in or are tracking a guest order, enter the email address you used to submit your order and your order number.
- If you are already logged in to your Walmart.com account, this link routes you to your Purchase History page, where you can scroll to the order to track it.

How do I track my order from Walmart Canada? Your order’s status will be emailed to you as soon as it changes. If you have an account, you can also see your current order status on the Order History page.
What steps does a normal order go through?
The time between when you place your order on Walmart and when you receive your purchase is broken up into two phases: processing and shipping.
- Processing is when Walmart verifies the details of your billing information and prepare your item for shipping in their warehouse.
- Shipping times can vary based on the shipping method you chose during your checkout process.
Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Place order”. There is a limited time after you submit your order when it may be possible to change your shipping address, shipping method or payment method, but once the order moves into the shipping process it cannot be changed.
Delivered but not Received
If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24 hours following delivery confirmation as some tracking displays a delivered status prior to their arrival at the destination.
If it has been more than 24 hours please do the following:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
- Look around the delivery location for your package (On the porch, by your garage etc.)
- See if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the delivery
- Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers, double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail
Why is my order delayed?
Order delays can occur for a variety of reasons; for example, items going out of stock after you place your order. Walmart are doing their best to adjust their course to keep up with the ever-growing demand for popular items. They send order update emails in real-time as inventory and procedures allow.

Does Walmart do international shipping?
All customers who want to purchase from Walmart shop should note that Walmart does not ship outside the US and they cannot get their dream products directly from Walmart. However, you can book Walmart products with a package forwarding company that will ship your package to your final address. These companies have warehouses located in the USA and you can use their address for the delivery of your walmart product. Once the forwarding company receives it, she will then send your package at your final address in another country.

Walmart order tracking not working
If you find no tracking information, there might be because of one of the following reasons:
- The orders that do not have tracking information available are in Processing status.
- Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped.
- Not all orders have tracking information available as some shipping carriers do not provide it.
